Movie Madness

Since my favorite TV shows, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, The Simpsons, and Desperate Housewives are all repeats until after the first of the year, I went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button based on a short story by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The movie is 2.5 hours long and worth every second, with superb special effects as we watch Benjamin Button, played by the always easy-on-they-eyes Brad Pitt age in reverse.

Benjamin’s story serves as the pretext for some amusing, fairly superficial observations about child rearing, undergraduate behavior and courtship in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Since I have Friday off from work, I am going to see Revolutionary Road, which is supposed to be amazing!
