NYC Restaurants Skimping on Portion Size

So the other night I went out for dinner and drinks. We had planned to meet at our favorite bar Dempsey's, but an explosion in the East Village forced us to move our gathering to an expensive bar in midtown. I had a Shock Top and decided to order the Srhrip Scampi, since I hadn't eaten it in ages. Unlke the picture below, there was hardly any rice included with my dish, which wasn't great. I filled up on bread.
