2014: Year in Review

I continued to make my living as a full-time freelancer, wich isn't easly on one income...I got several client referrals and a few short-term clients found me via Google, which is always nice! I worked for the Board of Elections, a long day that begins at 5:00 AM and ends at 10:00 PM; even after being tranferred down the block from my apartment in Brooklrn, it's a long-ass day...I also particiapte in several focus groups every month--gotta love the tax-free income--I make $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 annually this way!

On the writing front, I sold three short stories to various anthologies! I also did a group reading at The Morbid Anatomy Museum in my neighborhood, Park Slope, Brooklyn, in conjunction with the Horror Writers Association. My novella, Rage and Redemption in Alphabet City has yet to find a publisher...Sigh! Meanwhile, I've been putting the finishing touches on a second novella, a sci-fi/horror hybrid, unlike anything I've written before...

So, how was your 2014?? Do tell!!
