2012: A Retrospective

2012 was a good year and a bad one, too. Because I owe the IRS a ton of $$, I didn't go on vacation, can count the number of movies I saw on one hand--I used to go several times a month--and I didn't see my friends as often as I'd like, but I made the times we were together special!

I landed several new SEO clients, thanks to referrals. I also made a lot of tax-fee income participating in focus groups on everything from alcohol, movies, TV shows, and vacuum cleaners!

On the writing front, I finished a very dark novella, Rage and Redemption in Alphabet City that I sent to a publisher this past May. I also sold several short stories, including one to the anthology Slices of Flesh.

How was your year?
