I live in an apartment building in Brooklyn. Much to my dismay, my downstairs neighbors have their TV in the bedroom and it's always on when they're home. During the summer, I can drown out the noise with my air conditioner; the rest of the year, I'm stuck with it, but that's OK, because I blast my TV...What are they gonna do about it?!
