Breaking Up is Hard to Do...

A few months ago, a good friend of mine called me up out of the blue to say he ran into a guy in his neighborhood that makes funny T-shirts. My friend wanted to fund web design and hosting with me. I was thrilled! I met them for lunch the next day on Manhattan's posh UES, even though I wasn't feeling well.  The guy with all the ideas had no money to speak of, so a month later, my friend's wife pulled the plug on our little venture.

Easy come. Easy go...

So I e-mailed the guy to tell him I'd be removing his website from my servers; he said he understood and thanked me for everything. Imagine my surprise when I got two texts from him, last week and a few nights ago, asking me to restore his site. I didn't respond. Some people just don't get it...
