The Perils of Freelancing

As a full time freelancer, I'm fortunate enough to work from home that saves me a ton of money. I also have some flexibility when it comes to getting together with friends and running errands.  I'm also fortunate to get lots of referrals from current web clients.

Now for the downside. If one of my clients goes on vacation and doesn't pay me beforehand, my check will be late, and if I haven't had a good month, that creates a lot of stress, because I have to set money aside, so I don't run into trouble. I guess no job is perfect...
