A Ghost from my Past

Sometimes New York City is so small...Yesterday, I was in Manhattan to pick up a client check on the East Side.  While walking uptown via Lexington Avenue, I ran into my former manager from the Corporate America job I had three years ago.  There was a moment of silent, uncomfortable recognition on her part; I decided not to say anything...I manage to do quite well without having to deal with Corporate America and that's good enough for me!
