For the past two weeks my cable modem has let me down, with random outages lasting 30 - 45 minutes every day. This is bad news because I work from home and have multiple client deadlines. Sunday, I snapped, tweeting about the problem. I immediately got a tweet from Time Warner Cable NYC. The tech. opened a ticket and booked a service call for the very next afternoon, something I had to place a phone call to do in the past! The tech. replaced cables outside, inside to the cable modem and the cable box.
When I couldn't verify my e-mail address with LinkedIn, I tweeted about it and tech support immediately opened a ticket! Problem solved!
