Sweet 16

Hard to believe I've been writing that long! I got serious about my writing at Ithaca College; after, all I majored in English/Writing.  In 1994, at the tender age of 20, I sold my first humorous story, "A Cup of Jo with Someone You Know" to 14850 Magazine.

Horror stories quickly followed. I sold my tales to obscure, small press markets at first: 69 Flavors of Paranoia, Cold Storage, Nasty, Snips, The Wildclown Chronicle, before advancing to well-known markets, such as: Apex Digest, Bare Bone, Inhuman Magazine, Space & Time, and Zombie CSU to name a few.

At the tender age of 27, my story "Dead Eye" appeared in Shade Rupe's Funeral Party 2, alongside the notable Jack Ketchum.

Since then, I've published a novel, The Art of Deception, two short story collections, Apple of My Eye and Blanket of White, along with a novella, Fallen Angel, written with Michael McCarty.  Stay tuned!
