The recession is in full swing...I've noticed that prices have gone up at least .50 cents to $1.50 on almost all food and beverages...If I never needed a reason to eat less, this is it!  A mall in New York is handing out $50 to stave off the recession.

I just got a raise at work, but it's hard to enjoy the extra money, or even save some of it with prices rising so rapidly...The U.S. Post Office is raising the price of a stamp 1 cent to 42 cents in May; I've already stocked up on my Forever Stamps.  I advise you to do the same.

I'm off to the mall...
